Accessibility Statement
Last updated October 25, 2026
VetsExplained wants every dog owner to be able to use this site, including people who rely on assistive technology.
What we do
- Pages use semantic headings, landmarks and descriptive link text so screen readers can navigate them.
- Images that carry meaning have alternative text.
- Text and background colors are chosen for contrast, and text can be resized in the browser without loss of content.
- All interactive elements, including menus, accordions and sliders, can be operated with a keyboard.
- The site works on phones, tablets and desktops.
Known limitations
Some older photographs may lack detailed descriptions, and third-party embedded content may not meet the same standard. We are working through these.
Tell us
If you have difficulty using any part of the Site, email hello@vetsexplained.com with the page address and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within five working days.
