This policy explains what information VetsExplained collects when you use vetsexplained.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. If you subscribe to our newsletter, leave a comment, contact us or submit a story, we collect what you provide, typically your name and email address.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. We use this to keep the Site running, to understand which articles are useful, and to protect against abuse.

Cookies. We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and, where enabled, analytics and advertising. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work.

2. How we use information

  • To send you the newsletter you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

3. Sharing

The Site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

The Site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission is completely secure.
